- To perform tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:
- To deal with supplier on pricing, payment terms and shipment.
- Record purchase invoice into company system.
- Preparing and generating purchase order.
- Dealing with forwarder and preparing payment voucher for forwarder.
- Inform customer on the indent period for customer's ordered item.
- Prepare new arriving stock list for Order Processing Department to arrange delivery for customer's outstanding order.
- Preparing production order of customize glassware for production department.
Who Can Apply:
- Experience: minimum 1 year working experience in related field.
- Academic Qualification: Minimum Diploma Certificate
- Able to work in fast paced environmental
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Self motivated, responsible, and willing to take multi task challenge.
